6. Retention periods

When technically feasible, the Client may request the portability of their data to another data controller, in which case the data will only be retained for the purpose of exercising or defending legal claims.
Also for this purpose (sole effects of declaring, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings), the data may be retained when some of the rights identified above are exercised.
